Returns & Exchanges

At Ohne Project, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
